To develop an engaging training methodology based on the HR certification content provided. To provide real life scenarios of HR case studies based on the global content
Identifying, examining, and assessing the right training needs for the trainees.
Ensuring that creative, interactive, multimedia presentations are created.
Planning and developing monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios.
Selecting teaching aids that assist in training, such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, webinars, and computer tutorials, among others.
Testing trainees as to measure progress and effectiveness of training programs while preparing for global Certification exams .
Job Requirement
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline coupled with a min of 6 to 8 years of HR management experience in any industry, providing HR advisory/HR business partnership to the Business Lines
