Job Description

As a Digital Strategist, you will be helping our clients with the positioning, articulation and communication of the value proposition of their brands, and working with the team to craft solutions to engage the clients’ target audience across digital platforms.
Job Description & Key Responsibilities

  • Creates strong, compelling, and strategic plans, and recommend how digital channels can be used to integrate the consumer journey
  • Responsible for defining the digital strategy to meet communication objectives across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels
  • Responsible for generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels through CRM automation system
  • Analyses and interprets data to devise digital and technology innovations for our clients
  • Designs the measurement framework, such as KPI, based on our clients’ desired outcome
  • Suggests and plans budgets for digital plans
  • Provides insights on new and emerging digital trends and opportunities
  • Key day-to-day contact with our clients to support the Account Servicing Team on the digital front
  • Maintains regular contact with key vendors, keeping up-to-date with the latest digital knowledge and its opportunities
  • Works in collaboration with the Creative, Brand Activation, and Development Teams


Skills and Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • 7+ years of digital, communications, and content experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in lead generation and prospecting
  • Experience in Social selling management of connecting the clients prospects via social media platforms, with the rise of B2B experience
  • Good knowledge of all formats of content, social media, paid digital media, search and SEO practices and benefits
  • Good understanding of analytics for data driven marketing
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM software
  • Can develop insights and turn them into action plans
  • Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
  • Possess strong organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and is detail oriented
  • Comfortable operating independently in a nimble, fast-paced environment
