Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing end-to-end learning interventions on a variety of subjects and industries using Adult Learning Principles.
  • Developing learning solutions based on client needs.
  • Conducting TNIs/diagnostics in order to identify learning requirements based on designed. learning solutions.
  • Focusing on expected business outcomes and design as leanly as possible to reduce time and control costs.
  • Working with multiple SME’s to understand and identify needs, roles, and requirements.
  • Developing blended learning interventions as part of designed learning solutions.
  • Creating interactive Web Based Training (WBT), Classroom Based Training(CBT) and Virtual-led training (VLT)  products.
  • Creating Coaching documents and situational assessments to measure skills and competencies gained.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree in multimedia, instructional design, educational technology or similar.
  • Professional Level English is a must.
  • 3-5 years of experience with online learning or the equivalent work experience preferably in writing, editing, teaching, curriculum development, or similar activity; previous exposure to teaching, design, or academic technology a plus.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts.
  • Superior ability with computers and software; some LMS experience preferred.
  • Basic HTML and Adobe Captivate authoring tool.
  • Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard.
  • Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills.
  • Passion for teaching and learning.
  • The ability to adapt and to solve problems proactively and creatively.
  • Experience evaluating learning outcomes to determine curriculum design changes.
  • Able to work with multiple deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Able to prioritize, adhere to budgets, and meet deadlines.
