  • To develop an engaging training methodology based on the HR certification content provided. To provide real life scenarios of HR case studies based on the global content
  • Identifying, examining, and assessing the right training needs for the trainees.  
  • Ensuring that creative, interactive, multimedia presentations are created.
  • Planning and developing monitored simulations and problem-solving scenarios. 
  • Selecting teaching aids that assist in training, such as handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, webinars, and computer tutorials, among others. 
  • Testing trainees as to measure progress and effectiveness of training programs while preparing for global Certification exams . 

Job Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or any other relevant discipline coupled with a min of 6 to 8 years of HR management experience in any industry, providing HR advisory/HR business partnership to the Business Lines
  • Possess sound HR management experience with an interest and passion to do training 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Good interpersonal skills. 
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and other training and presentation software programs or applications.
